Panaji: On the Occasion of International Women’s Day 2023, (IWD) Children’s Rights in Goa has organized Balika Manch Felicitation programme where 26 High schools were felicitated for their outstanding performance for the last three years 2020-2023.
Director Smt. Deepali Naik, Director of Women and Child Development Goa was the Chief Guest for the programme.
Balika Manch is a platform for girls to raise their voice and to increase the participation of the Girl Child. Students from each school presented an activity report of the programmes conducted by them in the last three years.
All schools were felicitated by the hands of the Director. CRG awarded Government High School Dhaushire Tisk Usgao, Goa with the excellence award in Balika Manch 2020-23. The Balika Manch Program and CRG’s work was appreciated by the Director of Women and Child Development Director.
