PANAJI: Girish Chodankar has resigned from his post as President of Goa Pradesh Congress Committee.
Speaking to Baatami.com, Chodankar said that he has submitted his resignation to senior leadership a couple of days back. “I have taken the moral responsibility for the defeat and have resigned.” Chodankar told.
Subsequent to defeat in the recently concluded assembly election, Chodankar had hinted that he would quit from the post.
