PANAJI: The Chief Medical Officer, District Immunization Programme, Directorate of Health Services, Panaji-Goa has scheduled a special COVID 19 vaccination session for persons without prescribed ID cards on August 07, 2021 at Ponda Municipal Council Hall, Ponda Goa, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm , at Government Primary School (Main), Vasco – Da – Gama, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. in Mormugao Taluka and at TB Hospital, Moti Dongor, Margao from 9.00 am to 5.00pm. at Salcete Taluka.
The Vaccination session is for 2 Categories, Indian Nationals without prescribed ID cards, Nepali citizens residing in India.
All the concerned are requested to visit the above referred vaccination centre and get themselves vaccinated. Nepali citizens can also walk in to the vaccination center on August 07, 2021 at the Ponda Municipal Council Hall, Ponda Goa from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, in Mormugao Taluka and at TB Hospital, Moti Dongor, Margao from 9.00 am to 5.00pm. in Salcete Taluka and get themselves vaccinated.
Shri. Rajesh Sakhalkar, Mamlatdar of Ponda, (9822181954) will be the Nodal Officer for the vaccination session. Dr. Smita Parcekar, Health Officer Primary Health Center, Ponda, Goa will be the Health Officer Incharge, Dr. Ira Almeida, Nodal Officer for Covid Immunization South Goa and Shri. Pradip Naik , Dy. Collector & SDO, Ponda will be the overall incharge of the vaccination session.
Shri. Dhiren D. Banavalikar, Mamlatdar of Mormugao, (7745077746) will be the Nodal Officer for the vaccination session. Dr. Rashmi Khandeparker, Health Officer Urban Health Center, Vasco, Goa will be the Health Officer Incharge, Dr. Ira Almeida, Nodal Officer for Covid Immunization South Goa and Shri. Dattaraj Gauns Dessai, Dy. Collector & SDO, Mormugao will be the overall incharge of the vaccination session.
Shri Prataprao Gaunkar, Mamlatdar of Salcete, (9764627999) will be the Nodal Officer for the vaccination session. Dr. Ira Almeida, Nodal Officer for Covid Immunization South Goa and Ms. Jyoti Kumari, Dy. Collector & SDO, Salcete will be the overall incharge of the vaccination session. Public are requested to kindly note and avail of the vaccination services at the special session.
